First Day Really Back- August 18, 2011

Hello to all!  

Today was the first day back to school. Rearranging furniture, cleaning, more rearranging was goal for today!  Tonight I have planned out each of the book case dividers!  Very cool this year!  Very excited about his up coming school year!  22 students in my class so far!  Where am I going to put all these kiddos and how are they are going to do? 

I have done quite a bit of reading this summer on how to approach the framework of our Readers Workshop!  

          

Time Management will be my goal for the year to parallel with each child's learning style!

Parent Volunteering in my classroom.  I'm not sure if I ask for a room mother or just take care of the volunteering myself.  If so how is that going to look?  Anyone out there who can help?  Well I will keep you all posted!
